AMENITY CENTER PARKING

ALL MEMBERS USE THE MAGNOLIA CREEK AMENITY CENTER PARKING AT THEIR OWN RISK

 

1.       Members shall drive slowly and carefully within the parking areas of the Magnolia Creek Amenity Center.

 

2.       Parking must be in designated areas and in such a manner as to not obstruct other cars, or the main entrance to the pool.

 

3.       Parking hours are from 6:00am to 11:00pm, 7-days a week, unless otherwise noted.

 

4.       There is no overnight parking allowed.

 

5.       RVs, trailers, boats, and other large oversized vehicles are not allowed.

 

6.       Members shall not park in fire lanes.

 

7.       Strict adherence to parking lot signage and vehicle speed is required.

 

8.       Members shall park in handicapped spaces only if the vehicle carries appropriate handicapped authorization and if the driver or passenger is handicapped.

 

 

GENERAL RULES

 

1.       The Magnolia Creek Amenity Center "Bulletin Board" will be used to post any new / amended rules and information. Be sure to check this each time you visit the center.  All Rules are subject to change without notice.

 

2.       If you would like to reserve the pool or any part of the clubhouse, please contact the Clubhouse Coordinator. A minimum of 10 day advance notice is required.  All reservations are on a first-come, first served basis and subject to availability.

 

3.       Magnolia Creek access cards are available through Planned Community Management. One card will be provided per household (at no charge), additional cards or replacement cards (those lost or damaged) will be $10 each or at the prevailing rate charged by the association. Key Fobs are also available for $15 each. No one under the age of 16 can be issued access cards.

 

4.       Duplication or lending of access cards to other members or non-members for use of any Magnolia Creek amenities is prohibited.

 

5.       If in doubt about the status of a member using any Magnolia Creek amenity area, please feel free to ask them to show you his/her card. While our invited guests are welcome, non-members are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities or pool with out being accompanied by a member.  Please report unauthorized users to the clubhouse office immediately.

 

6.       Each member is responsible for the actions and or damages caused by their family members and or guests.

 

7.       Parents of children caught destroying any Magnolia Creek property will be responsible for repair and/or replacement of such damaged property.

8.        Any trespassing, vandalism, or deliberate inappropriate behavior will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  It is the Association's policy to prosecute anyone when there is evidence on which to base a criminal complaint.

 

9.       No rollerblades or skateboards are allowed on the Magnolia Creek Amenity Center property.

10.   Proper attire is required in the Clubhouse at all times.  No one wearing a "wet" bathing suit is allowed in the clubhouse and shirts and shoes shall be worn at all times while in the Clubhouse or fitness facilities.

11.   Lost and Found - Items found at the end of the day will be collected and if not claimed within 48-hours may be disposed of.

 

 

 

 

Rules and regulations are designed for the safety of all members as well as the up keep of equipment and facilities. Please respect other members or visitors of the community in all aspects and abide by the regulations designed for your community and each facility or amenity therein.
